Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Recerba, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Recerba provides a cloud-based restaurant reservation management platform, including a public booking widget, host dashboard, floor plan builder, analytics, and team management tools. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period ends, your account will be limited to Starter plan features unless you upgrade.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Recerba offers three plans: Starter ($49/mo), Pro ($119/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Recerba without written permission.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Recerba, including guest information, reservations, and business settings. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. Enterprise plans include an SLA with uptime guarantees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Recerba is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
