How do I add my first tables?

Go to Admin → Floor Plan Builder. Click '+ Add Table', choose the shape, capacity, and label. Drag it to position and hit Save. Tables are immediately available for reservations.

How do guests make a reservation?

Every restaurant gets a unique booking URL (e.g. recerba.com/r/your-restaurant). Share it on your website, Instagram bio, or Google Business profile. Guests pick a date, time, and party size and submit their details.

Can I invite my staff?

Yes. Go to Admin → Staff and click 'Invite'. Enter their email and assign a role: Manager (full admin access) or Host (dashboard and floor plan view only). This feature requires a Pro plan.

What happens when my trial ends?

After 14 days your account switches to the Starter plan. You keep access to reservations, walk-ins, the host panel, and the booking widget. Pro features (Analytics, Floor Plan Builder, Staff, etc.) become locked until you upgrade.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Admin → Settings → Billing and click 'Cancel subscription'. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS. Each business account is fully isolated — your data is never shared with other accounts.
