We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, configure your restaurant, or contact us for support. This includes:

• Account information: name, email address, and password.
• Restaurant information: business name, address, hours, and floor plan data.
• Reservation data: guest names, contact information, party size, and special requests entered by you or your guests.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Send reservation confirmations and transactional emails on your behalf.
• Process billing and payments.
• Respond to comments, questions, and requests.
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity to improve Recerba.

3. Data Isolation

Each business account operates in complete isolation. Your restaurant's data — including reservations, guest information, floor plans, and analytics — is never shared with or visible to other businesses on the platform.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and role-based access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable precaution.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers to operate Recerba. Each receives only the data it needs to perform its service:

• Supabase — database and account authentication.
• Hostinger — application hosting.
• Resend — reservation confirmations and other transactional emails.
• Stripe — subscription billing. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never stored by Recerba.
• Loops — our newsletter, only if you subscribe to it.
• Google Translate — only if you choose to translate the in-app Help page.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers.

7. Cookies

Recerba uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and the public booking pages do not set tracking cookies. If you translate the in-app Help page, Google Translate sets a cookie (googtrans) to remember the language you picked.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@recerba.com.
