  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Send reservation confirmations and transactional emails on your behalf.
  • Process billing and payments.
  • Respond to comments, questions, and requests.
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activity to improve Recerba.

3. Data Isolation

Each business account operates in complete isolation. Your restaurant's data — including reservations, guest information, floor plans, and analytics — is never shared with or visible to other businesses on the platform.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and role-based access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable precaution.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Recerba:

  • Supabase — database and authentication.
  • Vercel / Netlify — hosting and deployment.
  • Resend / SendGrid — transactional email delivery.

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@recerba.com.
